We are so delighted to be able to share OMhAS with you for the first time and especially to do so on World Mental Health Day 2023 which is all about raising awareness of mental health and encouraging us all to make positive changes for the benefit of everyone’s mental health.
OMhAS is borne out of our passion and commitment to support employers and employees to manage mental health issues in the workplace positively. Our mission is to de-mystify mental health in the workplace and enable organisations to help people flourish at work.
We have developed OMhAS based around our wealth of experience gained over many years of helping organisations and people dealing with the many and varied mental health challenges which are now unfortunately an increasingly common feature of the workplace.
Offering what we believe will be invaluable resources, training and consultancy services, we look forward to working with employers of all sizes and across all sectors, helping them to identify the most effective ways to address the everyday mental health issues that they encounter amongst their workforce.
In our first news article, we will explain more about what we are all about and why we are different from the other workplace mental health initiatives out there.
