Training

Reviewed and approved by mental health practitioners, our workplace mental health training helps explain mental health conditions and how to spot signs. It also explains what your role is in relation to mental health at work, how to have conversations about mental health and how to build positive culture.

The training will upskill your people so that they feel confident in discussing mental health at work and about their role in relation to workplace mental health. It also provides information about staying well and optimising your own mental health.

Our training programme is effective and detailed but can be completed quickly online
at work or at home, so doesn’t take people away from business as usual for
lengthy periods.

Annual refresher training and bespoke training for organisation-specific issues is available on request.
