Our mission is to de-mystify mental health in the workplace and enable organisations to help people flourish at work

Our Philosophy

Our aim is to help employers develop great workplace mental health culture.

We have designed our products and services using our experience as leaders and managers with experience of supporting and managing people with mental health conditions as well.

We have undertaken in depth training in workplace inclusion and in mental health and have collaborated with mental health practitioners to design our products.

Our range of products enables organisations to:

  • Understand and evaluate what your organisation needs in the arena of workplace mental health so that you can build something which is right for your people and your organisation. Our products will show you where to start and what to tackle in order of priority.

  • Understand how to build a fully effective workplace mental health programme which will enable you to develop great workplace culture on mental health.

  • Train people to understand their role in relation to workplace mental health, understand the boundaries and be confident in holding conversations about mental health.

  • Demonstrate genuine commitment to positive workplace mental health.

  • Assess effectiveness.

How do our products and services differ
from other mental health toolkits on the market?

Ours contain clear, simple and jargon-free guidance on what every workplace needs in order to have an effective mental health programme, rather than just ad hoc initiatives or training which can appear tokenistic and may have little impact.

Ours make it clear what needs to be done, in what order of priority and how. We will help you to design policies, initiatives and culture which is right for your organisation and aligned with
your values.

Ours are bespoke, tailored to your organisation’s needs. Sample or toolkit policies don’t help employers to understand what to focus on and how to make changes. Ours are inexpensive and many of the initiatives we will recommend to you require little (sometimes no) budget.

Ours have been developed by people who have expertise in inclusion and mental health and who have personally dealt with mental health in the workplace and who have been rated by colleagues as compassionate yet effective leaders.

Our products have been reviewed and approved by mental health practitioners and are designed with the aim of delivering truly positive outcomes.

We want to enable employers to build great culture, to be able to attract and retain talent, to enable people to flourish at work and, where necessary, to be proactive and avoid and reduce problems, rather than responding to problems when they arise.

Workplace Wellbeing – Some Statistics

“Since the pandemic, we have seen 81% of workplaces increase their focus on employee mental health. While this is great, evidence shows that 36% of companies take a more reactive approach to implementing support for their employees, rather than being proactive.”
